Linda -- this is a very nice post and so informative. Many agents think they can handle this type of situation, but they rarely have the needed training. One would be very fortunate to work with someone with your expertise.

Another great video and a terrific focus on this niche. I like how you are developing this market in your business. There is a lot to know about this specialized group, especially when you get into trusts, executors, conservatorships, and so on. WIll be interested to see how this develops for you.
