The Federal Home Buyer Tax Credit has been extended until April 30th, 2010. This program offers a credit of up to $8,000 for first-time home buyers and up to $6,500 to homeowners who have lived in their current home for at least five years and are seeking to relocate. It is truly one of the best times in history to buy a home.
