People ask me all the time how do you get so much business. Well, I believe in the motto that if you treat people the way you would want to be treated then it always pays off. I love my line of work and I love spending time with my clients even after the sale. I make friends with them and I stay knowledgable about the market and real estate and then when my clients have some one that they know is buying or selling they always refer to me.
I also beleive in getting to know other realtors in different areas of the US as well through clinics,work or blogging and social medias then when someone needs a realtor in a another location then hopefully I know someone there and can refer and vice versa. I want someone that is just like me. Someone that will direct them in a good investment as well as an awesome property.
I'm going to the Keller Williams Reunion in New Orleans and hopefully there I will meet Lots of agents throughout the U.S and will have lots of good agents to refer to and have fun networking and getting to know them. I bought tonight a business card book that holds over 100 business cards and hopefully when I come back that will be full. I have referred business to 3 different locations just in 30 days. Thats over 1,000,000 of real estate. Easy money, I connect sellers and buyers to these agents and sit back and wait for them to sale and get paid.
Referrals and networking is very important in our business and that is why I will make the goal I have set myself in 2010 !
