That's right Ladies and Gentlemen. 617 houses sold in PG County Maryland in December 2009 up 60.26% from this time last year. That's great news.

     Out of the 617 houses that sold in P.G County Maryland,105 of them were cash buyers -WOW. Honestly speaking that surprised me. The average sold price of a PG County Maryland house was $214,083 down 18.11% from this time last year.
