The onslaught of cold, rainy weather means that Mother and Father Nature's little critters are wanting to upgrade their omes, preferably to something higher, drier, and warmer. Something like, uh, YOUR home!
One of the significant advantages of condominium living is that it will be extremely rare that you have raccoons, opossums, mice, rats, snakes, and birds taking up residence in your home. Condominiums rarely have attics or foundation crawl spaces, so if they get into your condominium, it means you left a door or window open.
If you're looking for a home that is yours and yours alone, give me a call! I'll help you find just the right one. Of course, dogs and cats are welcome!

If you have a picture of your cat, please let it come out to play with all the other ActiveRain kitties by posting its picture here. Let's see how many cats we can get by the end of the year.
If you love cats, you really need Peg Silloway's book, The Cat Lover's Book of Days. It makes enjoyable all those hours when your cat is ignoring you.
