Hi Steve!! This looks like a very nice home, great pics!! I have a client who is looking in E. Dallas and I am going to try to get him to look at this. So far, he has asked me to stay away from short sales, because he wants to have something to move into within 60 days, max. Greg... only one kitchen, but the plumbing was left in place for the kitchem that was removed so it could be reconverted if the buyer wanted to do that.
