As a Realtor, you've got to be a self starter. You've got to motivate yourself to earn, to grow & to succeed. You cannot rely on anyone else. You may work for RE/MAX, C-21, KW..but at the end of the day you work for yourself. You are essentially a company of one, the CEO, CFO, Marketing Department & accountant!
