It will be nice when done, with the new siding, doors, windows, roof, brick replacing the man sides and the big tree next to our unit is now gone. A new granite directory sign will take it's place.

A twenty year old building will be like brand new soon.

It is always a good feeling to clean up and put on a new face. I am glad someone will take the time to clean up and keep it clean.

Jay...It will be awesome!

Susan...It is a good feeling! When we painted the interior I was thrilled, now with the outside work getting done it will really increase the value.

Hi Monika -- I just drove by there last weekend when visiting some clients in E. Kingston - - It is great that Stage Road is getting a face lift -- It is a great area -- I don't know anyone looking for an office in that area, but I'll be sure to let you know if I come across anyone.

Gena...Yes NH is tax free...no income tax no sales tax but we do have a property tax.

Vicki...Live free or die. Except for property tax! Which can be pretty high in some towns.

Chris...I often call him JJ...I have a better picture of JJ :) but he won't let me post it.

Neal...Jay and I are married and Joseph Jeremiah is Jay's dad. We ran our real estate company out of Stage Road Junction until 1997, when we merged with C-21.

George...That is too funny! He was a Red Sox fan even back then and just starting to golf at 9 years old. I guess and all around sport nut.

It seems unbelievable that it has been 20 years since the night of the SRJ Open House. If I remember correctly, it rained! I remember champagne, strawberries, fly swatters and ice cream scoops! I have always been proud of the name: Stage Road Junction. It was my choice. I hope I'll get to see the transformation when I visit Hampstead late in September.

Wow...how did you find this? I remember the opening as well but from a different perspective since I was not part of the family back then. LOL...oh the champagne...what a celebration it was!

We can't wait to see you and hopefully by then the work will be completed and you can see how it's changed. I know you and Joe worked so hard to create Stage Road Junction!
