While HUD has announced that they are indeed waiving the 90 day flipping rule for financing, industry lenders have  yet to decide if they will follow that with providing financing on those homes or enforce the old guideline - most are still trying to figure out which way to go on this so while it is great that it is waved the jury is still out on whether financing is obtainable before the 90 day period.
