Newport Beach, Newport Coast and Corona Del Mar home prices were not affected like other areas. Although they did have a decrease in home prices they have recently been pretty steady. Except Newport Coast. Home prices have recently been climbing up. Take a look at my chart below.
While prices have been steady and rising in Newport Coast, inventory is getting smaller. Take a look at the inventory in Newport coast!
One thing all three cities have in common is the decrease in price in homes presently listed. This goes to show that it still is a buyers market and homes cannot be over priced.
