Liz:  Granite is always a crowd pleaser.

Michelle:  Looks like it will at least be a quick contract.  Have one in hand and another coming in.

Jackie:  Thankfully, it's not condo ownership.  Our newer condo associations are having problems getting approved by HUD because of delinquency rates and such.  This is a fee simple townhouse.
