Searching and "Searching"

By

The online tools available today for searching often overwhelm us with too many search results.  Often times the search results are cluttered with advertisements or websites that do not contain the search criteria.

There is a difference between searching and "searching".

For example a buyer may search for a Framingham MA Home Inspection and receive over 800,000 choices on yahoo, over 90,000 choices on Bing, and over 30,000 choices on Google.

A search for "Framingham MA Home Inspection" will narrow the list considerably.  Only about 30 results on yahoo and similar reductions on the other search engines as well.

Of course the same technique applies to searching for a realtor, buyer broker, real estate attorney or other profession.

AH HAH!

The good old Boolean Search.

I've been using it for 15 years.
