The Real Estate Roller Coaster Video - History of Home Prices since 1890

This Roller Coaster Graph is an actual graph showing the Real Estate Market Prices from 1890 to PRESENT! Take a ride through history on this clever creation, and see what kind of breath taking experience we have experienced over the years! Be sure to watch the lower right corner under the youtube logo to see what year you're actually in. At the end of the video, it shows the graph from which this video analogy or metaphor was created. WOW! Finally a ride and post we can all enjoy, and then go get a carmel apple or some cotton candy! LOL!

The question after this ride is, "What loops, turns, drops, tunnels and climbs do the next 10 years hold for Real Estate Home prices?" The thing to remember that is the most important..."ENJOY THE RIDE!"

Wow, neat way to illustrate what has been happening with real estate!

You got me dizzy..I was on that ride a few weeks ago:)

Well, I watched all 3.41 minutes of it. Good illustration but I didn't like the last of it and not sure I agree. We are on a journey and it does have twists and turns. I do enjoy the ride. I think for Ann Arbor we are on the slow climb back to the top.

Oh did I mention, I NEVER ride roller coasters. My kids love them, but not me. Even the milder ones.

That was an interesting concept and different presentation.

I shouldn't have boarded this ride so early in the morning! It's making my coffee slosh around and now my caramel apple is stuck in my hair! Ouch!

Janie - i think there is a place online that these coasters can be created, check out all the one's on youtube.com. There are tons! I think my kids said there was a free site out there somewhere.

Dan - I think it would be more exciting if you could ride the real one....imagine a 3.41 minute roller coaster ride? That would be a blast!!

BTW - saw all 77 of your RE videos on google (couldn't look at them all) but I see what you mean. Great Stuff! I will say that 78, 79, 80 was Uma Thurman, Penelope Cruz, and Cindy Crawford...just a little distracting.. :-) I ran John Occhi as the search and that's what came up.

You obviously put alot of work into creating that many videos, I particularly liked your most recent to Brian Rogers and the inner-circle achnowledgement video. Kudos to you John!!

So Brad, are you talking about Real Estate Shows? I watched to video, and it reminded me of the last roller coaster - 20 years+ ago - that I rode. I have several RES, but want to make sure that's what you have in mind.

Hi Teri, great to hear from you...so it took a roller coaster to get you back here huh? LOL!! As long as it in multi-media, youtube, RES, (Jeff would kill me if we didn't allow those) or any other means of "Video", that would be great. Many of the "Next Generation" tecky future buyers and sellers of tomorrow already expect this stuff, after all, look at this roller coaster creation. This level of marketing is a minimum in the eyes of the next generation of clients. ANYTHING VIDEO ROLLS, that's how they roll, at least that's what my 20 year old claims on his txt messages to me. :-) I've missed our chats lately, hope all is well with you. Don't ever switch to blue, you'll always stay ahead in RED!! (BIGGEST SMILE EVER)!! B-)
