Interviewer: Tell me about your company.
Caleb Hester: Well, First Bank is the actually largest locally owned bank in Colorado. We've been around for 45 plus years, so we have a real strong presence in the community and actually coming off just another successful year.
Interviewer: Thats awesome. Tell me how Metro Brokers members can benefit from your bank.
Caleb Hester: Well, I think there's a couple of things they can do to benefit from using First Bank. First, we have a great local pricing scheme. We've been around for 45 plus years. We also have a lot of products that kind of go outside the box. We do have jumbled mortgages, that is what we are looking to do, as well as we work with housing partnerships for first-time home buyers and affordable buyers, as well as we have self-directed IRA plans that we can do in addition to other just standard one-to-family residential mortgages and commercial mortgages.
Interviewer: And so you are also promoting a lot of 1031 corporate exchanging?
Caleb Hester: We do have our 1031 corporation as well. Its a company we acquired three years ago, so we also do offer that services for buyers that are interested as well.
