Since My September Homes & Lots Update, I thought I would bring what is going on in the market at this time:
Homes:
- 407 Water Indirect and Water Direct Homes for sale as of today, ranging from $599,000 to $12,900,000, averaging 241 days on the market
- 174 Inland or Golf course homes for sale, ranging from $349,900 to $5,100,000
- 2 Beach or Gulf homes on the market, both listed for $10,500,000 and averaging 204 days on the market
Condos:
- 363 Beachfront condos for sale with an average days on the market of 238 days ranging in price from $365,000 to $11,900,000.
- Gulf Front units rainge in list price from $495,000 to $6,250,000 with average 246 days on the market
- Inland/Golf Course Conods range in price from $159,900 to $4,250,000 with an average of 240 days on the market
- Boating condos range in price from $247,500 to $2,000,000 with an average of 210 days on the market
Lots:
- There are currently 255 Water Direct or Water Indirect lots for sale on Marco Island ranging in price from $498,500 to $4,950,000 with an average days on the market of 331
- There are currently 177 Golf course or inland lots available ranging from $149,900 to $5,250,000 with an average days on the market of 325
- Beach/Gulf lots there are 11 on the market ranging in price from $795,000 to $6,000,000 with an average days on the market of 464 days.
