Fraud, it's everywhere, Don't be Taken...

There are post's written about fraud all of the time, but beware!! Fraud come in many forms.

Jason Sardi had written a post very similar to this one, and now I received another one of these solicitations myself, in E-mail form, here it is.

Dear Friend.

With due respect and humility I write you this letter which I believe you would be of great assistance to me. I am Idriss Boakia, the only son late Mr. Boakia Moriba Jr of blessed memory. Prior to my father's assassination by the rebel forces loyal to the revolutionary United Front(RUF) he was the director General National Gold and Diamond Mining Corporation of Sierra-Leone.

Few days before my father was assassinated, he instructed me as the only son to move out of Sierra- Leone and also to go in his-underground strong room where the documents of money he has deposited in a finance company in Abidjan Cote d' Ivoire in one trunk box as family valuables and treasures with my name as beneficiary. The amount is US $4.5 (Four Million Five Hundred Thousand United States Dollars) I managed to escape to Abidjan through the help of my fathers friend, I am now looking for a trustworthy person to handle this money for the profit of my future.

For your information no one knows the real content of my treasure box and I do not wish them to know until I have transferred the money to an account in your name I really need a foreign partner to be rewarded for helping me, no one else can know about this money other than myself and you.

Now we have all seen these, but we need to be aware and not give any of our info out ever, unless we have done our research, The other night on the news in Palm Beach County, They showed a man who received a Lottery winnings certificate in the mail, it had Florida state stamps on it and it even had a signature on it from our secretary of state, turned out to be a sham and all because someone was wise enough to look into it.

Please don't be taken for your life's savings,
