Massachusetts Division of Professional Licensure FY 2009 annual report

I was recently informed that the FY2009 annual report from the Division of Professional Licensure is now available.

The report may be obtained online from http://www.mass.gov/Eoca/docs/dpl/fy2009.pdf

In the Board of Registration of Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons section I find it interesting to read an announcement on future initiative on new policies for application and approval of continuing education courses.

Anyone know anything about these future changes?

I have not heard anything but would love the see licensing requirements change. It is far too easy to become a Realtor!!

I think MA likes a lot of Realtors. The FY2009 annual report shows approx. 3.8 million in revenue from the Board of Registration of Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons.
