Did you know Google Maps now has a specific search engine for finding properties for sale? You may be able to leverage this tool to help generate more free exposure for your properties.

Right now, you can enter in neighborhoods, zip codes, or city/state combinations to find specific data on listings in a targeted geographical area. You can also narrow search criteria such as "For rent / For sale / Foreclosure," the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and square feet.
