I just posted in another blog that one of the things that I am so thankful for is that we live so near the mountains, with the cool air, pine tree forests and vistas.  I am also grateful that we live in the basin and range landscape of large open valleys.  Here they are mostly sage brush covered and offer unbelievable solitude, these combined with the mountains allow us to get away from things in a few minutes to whatever terrain that we are looking for!

Tony,

After spending most of the day parsing the difference between 1/4 and 1/3 acre lots, this looks pretty darn inviting!
