E-Neighborhoods?????? Do you like it?

By
Real Estate Agent

Does anyone love E-Neighborhoods?  I am using it as a free 2 month trial right now and am not that impressed.  I am learning all the features, and while the software seems great, It just does't seem like it will be that beneficial to me.  If anyone uses this on a daily basis and loves it please let me know.  I am still trying to use it, at least for another 2 months.

I did a trial about two years ago and found it was missing a lot of information. That's somewhat understandable for an area that is growing as fast as the Las Vegas valley. Most of the neighborhood info they provide is available from local title companies for free.

Not happy with it myself-the data is pretty darn outdated, and their only response was that they get stuff from the census data...and if i want it updated i need to send the information TO them.
