The teenagers play the music too loud in the basement. In laws stay with you for weeks on end. WE KNOW. We get it. This is your home....you plan to live here. We want you to love every minute.
Here you will write chapters and chapters of the story of your life, and this home will be in every memory. In the good times, we want you to have room for entertaining and playing. On rough days, we want you to have a place of your own where you can get away from it all and feel cozy and safe. We'll work to make sure all your needs are fully met.

They already had their plans chosen, and the builder made modifications to improve and customize the plans for this couple, and then we worked with them to ensure the house was placed properly on the lot, the finishes were what they wanted... even that the exterior outlets were in the best place for the RV. We will help you plan for details like that.
Read the following letter from this wonderful couple:
To Whom It May Concern:
We would like to provide a recommendation as to the quality of construction, the integrity of the employees, and the attention to detail that was recently given in the construction of our home.
From the time of our first meeting with Bo we were impressed with his professionalism; and although his was not the lowest bid for the construction of our home, his was the most professionally done. Once we signed a contract, Bo kept in touch with us on every detail, making sure that we knew where he was in the process and inviting questions on our part.
When the actual construction began, he was on site to make sure that the subcontractors were doing their jobs to his specifications and if not, to redo the work. Each subcontractor who was used exhibited professionalism in their dealings with Bo and with us. At no time did they make us feel unwelcome on the site.
Bo also provided us with an update each step of the way. At the point where he and his employees took over the remaining work, there was never a day that we did not feel welcome at the site and were encouraged to ask questions and to offer input as to how everything was going. When changes had to be made, Bo always talked with us first, explaining the reasons. When we asked to make some changes, the request was handled with graciousness and willingness. When we made suggestions, if they were not feasible, Bo would explain in detail why and give alternatives. If we made suggestions that enhanced the construction, Bo was more than happy to follow through. At no time, when we asked something of his employees, were we treated unkindly or rudely. In fact, many times they went out of their way to see that the request was carried out.
We sincerely recommend David "Bo" Welch and his employees (brothers Jimmy and Kenny) for their integrity, timeliness in getting the job done, and their willingness to "make the customer happy."
