   Now I know  some of you aremaking so much money that you really don't want to be bothered listing or showing rentals.  But I would bet you wouldn't have to look very far for a Realtor who would not only take the listing they would do it correctly.

     Today I was looking over my hot sheet and came accross an expired rental (180 days) that was in a nice area and maybe a little overpriced but not ridiculous. I thought I would take a look at the listing to see why and if it was worth pursuing. Under at least three quarters of the categories the only thing it said was "see remarks", the strange thing was there were no remarks to be found, nor were there room sizes, indoor pictures, ans as I know these units I am pretty sure they had the rooms listed on the wrong floors.

     Besides for the fact that I,m pretty sure this realtor  had never been inside the unit the little information I found was either exagerated or incorrect. What a surprise the unit wasn't rented.

    Now call me crazy but I believe if you take on any job you should do it to the best of your ability or not do it at all. Everythting I do is for the glory of god.

   So if you know of anyone looking to rent their home or if you are looking for a rental in Northern NJ, give me a call, I,m not "too good to do rentals" and you will get the service you deserve.

I know rentals are not my specialty, that's why I work with a property manager who does specialize in them so when I get clients who want to rent out their current home, he can handle it for me.

We have a lot of lazy realtors in my area too. They border on the ridiculous with their ineptness.

It's called AGGRESSIVE marketing * as a property manager I post DAILY on our local Craigslist and am renting properties sight unseen for summer occupancy!!!

Faux property managers/rental agents rarely have the resources to check credit, screen applicants and they do not KNOW what rental prospects need or expect OR it has been rented and the lazy agent has not removed it from your system!!!

Wow - as a listing agent  - I do all I can to post accurate and informative content that conveys the saleability or rentability of any property -

And I also do a background check, criminal check and credit check for my clients - how can one not if they want to keep their license for very long -
