Road to 100,000 points

This post is to say Thank You to all the wonderful ActiveRain members who have helped me reach the milestone of 100,000 points. Sometimes it is a difficult road and it takes time and work to reach this point, but the rewards are well worth the effort. I've made many new friends and learned a lot. I'm looking forward to spending a lot more time here on Active Rain.

Marchel, Thank you. It is important to keep it in perspective. I am finding that it is easier to accomplish more on AR as I learn about tools, such as Komposer, and as my typing skills improve.

Don, Thank you. You will be at 20K and then 100K before you realize it. The best way to get points is to make certain your profile is complete, log in each day, comment on at least 10 posts per day, write a lot of posts (10 per week count) and watch for contests. There is also a lot of fantastic information from Brad Andersohn about getting the most from ActiveRain:
