Active Rain is my platform to broadcast my services to the world.

It is a known fact that The Power Of Activerain has collective power to bring it's message to the spotlight

I use it to my advantage. I can broadcast my voice and be heard in all parts of the world.

I get leads from England and also helps me get connected with old friends in South America. . contacting me because they see me "everywhere" in the Internet.

Most of all, I have a lot of people that simply contact me with questions about their problems.

A lot of people that are losing their homes to foreclosure in my particular area. .

I would like to thank the power of Active Rain for partnering with me to help some of them.

I feel that for every short sale I close. . it's one less foreclosure for my State of Maryland. The Power of Active Rain has giving me the tools.

Excellent post, and I love your signature, how do you do that? It's pretty amazing how far Active Rain goes with our voices, and I can see you are using it effectively, thanks for entering the contest. :)

Lisa: I'm using this opportunity to test certain things and see how I can use in other search terms. . we will see if I can place in the top 3 when you do your search.

I will write a blog about my steps. .after the contest if any of my efforts puts me in contention.

As far as my signature, it was created for me using a freelancer. . I just told them what I wanted and they made it happen for me.

Fernando - I am working on the power of Active Rain, and hoping I can harness some of it. Nice work on the hummer moving across the picture. Not sure how advanced your tech knowledge needs to be, but it's pretty cool.
