Lot sales are in for Snohomish County and numbers are still strong in most cities. Everett and Granite Falls had the least amount of sales with one each. The city with the highest number of lot sales was Lake Stevens with 251 and Marysville shortly behind 187 lots sold.

Building is strong but I have to wonder if it local builders are going to sit on their lots and hold off construction.
