January 01, 2010 through to January 31, 2010 there were 07 Single Family Homes Sold. Average Sales Price of $158,214. Average Days on Market (DOM) was 213. During the same time there were 18 New Listings entering the market with the Average Asking Price $247,017.  Currently there are 82 homes listed sale for sale with the Average Asking Price $218,200.
