Our mid winter thaw ended last Tuesday. Temps dropped form the mid 40's to the 20's and teens Ice and a little snow, but nothing like the 10 inches the folks in the Mid South got.
Still, I had lots of showings on my listings this weekend and as of Sunday morning, one offer!

Impatiently waiting for Spring in Maryland. My poor budding daffodils are covered in 6 inches of snow this morning.
Last weekend my dafs were one inch out of the ground, as it hit 50. I covered them up with leaves!
Joe - It sure dropped fast here in Central Ohio. I have been out in it showing homes in the Kenyon College area and also Apple Valley and a 20 degree drop is huge when you are out in it for hours at a time. Only a couple more months and we will experience warmer weather again.
