Talk about exceeding expectations. Ok, so if you have not heard of RESA (Real Estate Staging Association) get familiar. This is going to be the go to trade association for stagers. I had the opportunity to attend the first ever RESA Staging Conference in Las Vegas this past week and I am more excited than ever to be a home stager!  Not only did they have the fabulously talented HGTV star Mathew Finlason of The Stagers, but we also heard from Bethany Souza from Designed To Sell. And if those two weren't enough for entertaining speakers, author David Avrin who wrote "It's not who you know, it's who knows you" and Mike Robbins "Be Yourself Everyone Else Is Already Taken" really made it worth my while! This conference was packed with education, information and encouragement for our industry from sun up to way past my bedtime.  It is events like these put on by organizations like this that are shaping this young industry. And if you have any interest in real estate or staging, run don't walk to your closest RESA chapter meeting and join the groundbreaking organization that is going to shape our industry right before our eyes. It was so nice to meet you! The speakers really were amazing! Mike Robbins message is still ringing in my ears. WOW! I read both books last year but need to re-read them now.

All the speakers at the Conference were amazing, but I must admit that my two favourite, were Bethany Souza and Matthew Finlayson.  Both were highly entertaining, passionate about staging, and full of good advice we could apply to our own businesses.  Thank you RESA!
