This picture was taken in the month of June when the weather in Redding, CA is not too hot or too cold, just right, averaging 75-85 degrees for the most part. Wide walking trails that light up at night for those evening walks.
The Vineyard community is just the right size, approximately 208 single family homes, wide open streets and sidewalks, beautiful grounds, mature trees and mountain views.
Amenities include: A Clubhouse, Pool, Spa, RV parking, 2 lakes and a children's playground.
The Vineyard does have a Home Owners Association where most residents pay $70 a month on average towards the HOA fees.
