Well it is February 1, 2010 and the Biggest Winner has been chosen. Congratulations to Leslie Morgan with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty, Leland, North Carolina. We will be sharing more pictures as we prepare this home for the "huge" Open House in the next few weeks.

Valerie - Yes I started an annual Biggest Winners contest, each realtor send in a listing that they have had on the market for more than 30 days. And then one is chosen and staged. I also hold an open house for all the professionals in the area.
