Located just 26 miles west of Boston, Hopkinton MA enjoys excellent access to Interstate Route 495 and the Mass Pike, making it a great commuting town for people who work in Boston.  The MBTA station in nearby Southborough also serves this community.

Residents here have the benefit of being close to the beauty and recreational activities of Hopkinton State Park.  The park is shared with neighboring Ashland and features the picturesque Hopkinton Reservoir. 

The 28 square miles that is Hopkinton MA includes an 84 acre forest which helps to maintain the rural atmosphere and scenic beauty of the area.

Hopkinton has many wonderful communities within its borders including Hearthstone, Highland Park, Roosevelt Farms, Oak Hill Estates, Springwood Estates and Ravenwood as well the luxury communities of Hopkinton Highlands, Timber Glen and Forestside Estates.  

If a townhome is more to your liking you might consider The Preserve, Stagecoach Heights, Peppercorn Village or Maillet Woods.

For waterfront ambiance, the area around Lake Maspenock offers extraordinary views and access to power boating, swimming, as well as jet skiing. In addition, Whitehall State Park which is located on Route 135/Wood Street is a great area for fishing as well as small power boats with a number of boat launches available around the lake. 

Hopkinton MA is also home to one of the most popular nurseries in the state, Weston Nurseries.

A population of 14,000 Hopkinton still maintains the feeling of a quaint New England town and the center offers small stores, shopping and restaurants that are charming as well as convenient.
