Happy Monday!

In this short video, I want to challenge you to ask yourself what type of professional/person are you? One who brings life to the room or someone who is an energy sucking vampire? In order to be successful at whatever you do, you have to always be working on your likeability factor with people! How do you do that? Two things, among others:

1. Work on being more interested.

2. Become passionate and give back as you connect with people.

I am most definitely likable... You should always approach everything with a smile,no matter what! If your UP, your client is UP.

I agree. Always keep yourself up and it wears off on others.

I make myself like able when I'm not feeling so like able by acknowledging others. I won't ask them how they are but I will find something to compliment them.

I just checked with people in the office.  It was amazing how "likable they find me" but what really amazed me was the number who talked about the Energy Sucking Vampiress in our office.
