I actually am still getting decent leads from Craigs List. Perhaps it is the difference in our countries.
Craigslist.com is still working its magic out here in Cali!
I also get more weird stuff from Craigslist than legit responses. I hate opening these emails.
Craigslist works for us. We get two to three decent leads a week.
I actually need to create a listing there to test the waters
I found a FSBO for a buyer on Craigslist a few months ago, but I've posted many ads with some interest...no one has pulled the trigger on any of them---although I would consider them "warm leads"? I hope to have a success story soon!
I just started posting on Craigslist about 2 months ago...so far the only feedback I've received is from marketing companies trying to get me to pay for my advertisements. I'm still hopeful though as I know people who use it to find open houses.
Hey Andrew, keep on trucking! I don't use Craigslist very often but Postlets syndicates to it and I LOVE Postlets. You should give it a try...
For certain things i agree but real estate adds still work
there is Lot of scam goings on daily.you get More heart then help,if you are not careful with your email respond
