REALTORS(R) have proven to be so knowledgeable about issues concerning floors and pets, that I'm hopeful someone can answer a question for me. I've researched it on Google but haven't found anything:

Do you know of a product available to consumers in the U.S. that can be used to seal the seams between sections of laminate flooring during installation to prevent dog urine from seeping into the seams?

Suzanne, I do not know but I'd ask a house inspector or a handy man in your area.  I don't know of anyone right off that I can get the information from but I will present it to my house inspector and see what i can find out.
