Yesterday we got a call from a Real Estate Professional in need. A seller he and his partner were representing had left a large amount of junk, mostly old carpet, in the yard of the house they had just sold. The seller had basically skipped town and left the junk for the agents to deal with.
We went down to the site, the agent explained their predicament and we quickly helped solve their problem. We offered to do the job at a price that was very favorable to the agents (with the hopes that the agents will begin sending us more and more business) and allowed the agent to immediately leave the site and move on with his busy day. Aside from the driving the agent had to do to get to the home in South San Diego, the whole experience took only ten minutes out of his day. All he had to do was point to the junk, provide us with his email address, sign a receipt and he was on his way to work on selling more properties. Within an hour, he had proof we had finished the job and the evidence to hopefully be able to recoup the money he had to put out to clean up the seller's mess.
