How Did You Get My Name?

Hello it's my Google Juice calling.  Last week I received a simple one line email without much information.  The email asked price per acre on larger land parcels in the area I service.  I responded immediately although I did not have much hope that it would amount to anything.  There was an equally simple single line response after the prospect read my reply.  I followed up with listings of properties for her to look at. Finally there was a message from the prospect giving me more information and asking me to return the call to discuss some of the listings.  

We had a nice conversation and she wants to view some nice homes next week. At the end of the conversation I asked how the prospect came to contact me.  She simply said Google.  Yes!!!!  I am coming up in the searches there because of my ActiveRain and Hudson Valley Happenings Blogs.  It does take consistent posting and commenting.  It does take some basic knowledge of how search engines work.  It does take quality original content.  But it does work.  

Now let me get to work finding the right property for my new buyer.  Love that Google Juice.
