Anyone need an excuse to come to Las Vegas next week?? This is it! Superstar Retreat

I was fortunate enough to attend the Mike Ferry One on One Sales Retreat in San Diego in January of this year. What an amazing & inspiring 4 days! I have only been in One on One Coaching for about 10 months, but I honestly can't imagine ever NOT being in Coaching from this day forward!

So... The retreat is over and unfortunately I did not win the car. A beautiful lady from Las Vegas did win it though & she chose Red. Good for her!!

What I did win was a new perspective on my business and the industry we are all involved in.

A good friend of mine told me about Mike Ferry a few years ago. She said that he is awesome !!

Lauren: Yes, he is awesome. Better yet, he is REAL. I love the fact that he is controversial and is willing to be in your face just enough for us to recognize the truth in his words. He inspires me to greatness daily & isn't that what makes a leader?

Sue-I have to say the MFO is addicting. They came to Salt Lake City a couple months ago and conducted a 4 day seminar. I was hooked from the first day. The speaker was so positive and upbeat. Not only that, it's all common sense that really does work. My goal is to jump into the coaching. I'm ready to step it up even more. Sorry to say I won't be in Vegas. Next year! I hope everybody who reads your blog will check out MikeFerry.com. He provides FREE scripts that are amazing. They work! Enjoy yourself in Vegas and I wish you continued success.

Oh and I love the picture of you with the car. Good luck on that!

Julie: Next year, I'll look for you! You're right, it is so common sense that sometimes you wonder why you pay someone to tell you what you already know. Well... the answer to that is, if you were already doing it - you wouldn't. I'll post a picture of me in the REAL car when I win!

The coaching is all about accountability. It amazed me the success stories that were shared at the seminar. High producers doing things that really for me seamed so simple. I've implemented the scripts into my business. People are fearful of cold calling or just plain old don't like it. I utilize the scripts for door knocking as well. It's great stuff. I can't wait to see the picture with your new car!

Sue, I'm curious to know how do you get past the do not call laws here in las vegas. I have attended one of Mike Ferry's Productivity school, but I need an extra push, and thats where my affirmations come in im right there at the border to take that step.

Valentino: We don't call anyone on the do not call registry. We stick to Expireds & FSBO's and use Landvoice for contact information. We haven't had any problems. Productivity School is great!!

There was another post a few days ago that the attendees were pushing for seats. Anything like that in your experience?

How many calls do you make and out of those how many do you actually get contact and list?

Valentino: Prospecting is my weakness, but I'm looking to improve on that. When I do call, I can get an appt. out of 15 & I list 80% of the appointments I go on. I hope that helps.
