4 Comments on Appealing Your Property Taxes-Terms You will need to Know
Hi Gerry, Good information when thinking of appealing your property taxes.
We discussed this in my broker class. Falling home values means you should pay less property tax, especially in some of the over inflated areas. Apparently they are having great success in York and Lancaster. I haven't heard much locally, but I'm sure its being done.
I know I have done it and it does work, although we Realtors have an advantage, I am told by others that it has worked for them as well
Thanks for visiting and commenting
It definitely works, I believe in Watsonville the County automatically reassesed many people's property taxes because the prices fell off so much there.
