The Mississippi Association of REALTORS provides a quarterly high quality magazine to members. I was "readin' and relaxin' when I spotted a spread highlighting Damion Flynn.
The title of the article is: Plugged in and Turned on: REALTORS for the Next Generation , by Tracee Walker
I checked at the MARS website and it is not linkable yet. Following are some quotes from the article:
"...For REALTORS who are ready to get their feet wet in the technology arena, Flynn says, "internet sites such as ActiveRain.com are great ways to get started in the blogging arena, but it is important to make sure you are careful of what you post. The Internet is a powerful place and misstating one thing can make it very difficult for you. All things considered, blogging is probably the easiest and most beneficial to start off with."
Damion should know with 100 transactions in a year, with about 75% of them quoted as being Internet leads. That explains why you haven't posted much lately, you've been busy!
Congratulations, Damion. I wish I had started in Real Estate at your age. And Thanks for taking time to Mentor this 50 something REALTOR/Broker from time to time.
