I am very excited about my Brokerage news letter. It is not a new concept but it is new for us. In an effort to expand our reach we are quickly moving forward with a news letter in print. Slick glossy paper. If your brokerage has not set up a news letter think about it!! It is a great concept!


Who are we?

Gulf Coast Real Estate News is full color, innovative and informative magazine designed to educate buyers, sellers, investors and entrepreneurs thinking about pursuing a career in real estate in the Mobile Bay area. For each issue, we will have TIPS on buying and selling, mortgage TIPS, home inspection TIPS, various insurance TIPS, TIPS on how to become a Realtor®, a Remodelers or a Home Builder along with local community information and calendar of events for the Mobile Metro Home Builders Association, the Mobile Chamber of Commerce and what's happening at the Colonial Bel Air Mall. 

BONUS...Additionally, we will have a registration coupon for adults 21 and older to register for FREE prizes such as home inspections, dinner for two, a 4 day Carnival cruise, etc. with all winners shown in the following issue. Gulf Coast Real Estate News publishes 10,000 copies of 6 issues per year and is available at the advertisers locations, at the EXIT Realty Lyon Kiosk inside Bel Air Mall in front of Dillards, at the HBA office at 1613 University Boulevard South, at the Chamber of Commerce at and at 451 Government Street and at a number of other locations around the Mobile Bay area.

Hello Barbara,

Yep... we have had to fight through some issues with legal stuff. Getting advertisers and more. But we are going to launch in Sept. We feel it will be a good thing for us all. No one is doing it in our area. Just like our kiosk in the mall. We are the only one. So far the kiosk has been a great source of leads and promotion.

Think out of the box!!
