The Easy Way to Save Buyers Big Money
Object Attributes Feature

Using the Object Attributes feature in Curb Appeal (see image at below) agents are able to easily identify information about the specific products (including product id, price, distributor, etc) that were used to digitally alter a property. Providing this data, along with the altered image, to the buyer allows them to shop the cost of actually completing the alterations.

This could save the buyer thousands of dollars on a large job. It also makes it easier on the contractor, landscaper or builder helping ensure the buyer will be satisfied with the result of the work.

Creating a "Punch List"
Summarize all Digital Modifications

You've probably heard builders and contractors refer to a Punch List. This is nothing more than a summary of items yet to be completed on a construction job. Its similar to a "To-do" list and is frequently fairly detailed allowing the job Foreman to use it as a work plan.

Using Curb Appeal agents can easily create their own Punch List, summarizing all digital alterations to a property. By right clicking on any part of an altered image the Object Attributes dialog can be called up to display the details of the product being used. To see how a short video of how it works, click the Punch List link below:
