Hi Charita,
Advertising rentals, and providing pictures on the internet, has got to be one of the best ideas I've seen. It's too bad that many agents in my area do not include pictures of the inside for their rental listings.

That's odd William. It's a standard practice here. I can only think of a few reasons why there would not be photos of the inside and location would be one of those reasons. My I should think about expanding into your area>)>
