As a professional real estate stager, I am constantly shopping, looking for wonderful pieces that we can add to our inventory.  Each of our staging clients get a custom design to most effectively showcase their home to potential buyers.  No "cookie cutter" stagings for us!

On a recent shopping trip I found some artwork that I really loved.  Here it is above the fireplace:  PEACE.  Love the colors, the theme, and the fact that there is no glass, which would cause glare.  This artwork was the inspriation for the entire color palette for this staging.

Diana - Beautiful staging. The art you selected gives the room a punch of color and like you said a base for the rest of the home!

Diana- the rooms glow and really are inviting.  More than that, I like the fact the rooms don't mirror other "staged" rooms that we see.

Another incredible set of after photos!  I too like that piece and love how you infused all the colors from the print into the room.

That really is a great piece of artwork.  The colours, the scale.  I love the way you carried the colours throughout the house, even into the bedrooms.  Delicious stage!

Diana,

Absolutely beautiful!  Artwork can dictate a rooms color scheme and in this instance it has worked out wonderfully!

Thanks, everyone, for stopping by to comment!  I love it when a staging project just comes together so well.  And, when the seller has some great paint colors to work with that also photograph well!

Diana, great work! What wonders art work can do - provides inspiration, directs the mood of the room, stears the eye, achors the colors, and much more. Love your photographs as well - interesting angles that you took and therefore adds even more drama to the picture.

Looks gorgeous!  I'm with you... many times the room starts with the art... it gives the pallet for the rest of the room.
