The Vineyard communities, in north central San Antonio had some sales activity in January. Not a banner month, but the homes in the Vineyard are holding their value quite nicely.
Of course, January is not a month that typically has lots of residential real estate sales. Many residents in the Vineyard work for companies or in government positions that require periodic relocation. When you position is moved, and you want to keep it, one relocates. Sometimes moves can be shifted into the summer months, which is somewhat easier and less disruptive if students are in the family. But there maybe times when a winter relocations may be required.
Here is what happened in January 2010.
Active Listings | Price Range | Pending Sales | Sold | |
Napa Forest/ Sienna Woods | 5 | $275K-$390K | - | 1 |
The Enclave | 5 | $300K-$349K | - | - |

The builders are completing several of the new homes in the Renaissance. If you are interested in a new custom home, give me a call. There are some very nicely designed homes in the area.
