Why I love Spokane Wa! #7 in my top 10 countdown!

By
Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX of Spokane 77217

Spokane has incredible, historical venues and landmarks that have been carefully restored and revitalized with painstaking care to create a new and thriving downtown culture!

Here are 3 of my favorites!!!

1.The World Renowned Davenport Hotel est. 1914 is nothing short of breathtaking. The history of this famous hotel is incredibly fascinating! Read all about the hotel at www.theDavenportHotel.com  I guaranteethe Davenport Hotel in Spokane Wa alone is worth a trip here!

2. The Fox Theater(The Martin Woldson Fox Theater) est. 1931

The rich history and story of renovation can be read on their website: www.martinwoldsontheater.com  Hosting events of the most famous and discriminating taste, including the Spectacular Spokane Symphony!

3. The Steam Plantis so cool!!! Literally an old steam plant, you must see this to appreciate the industrial yet artistic and historical landmark! Talk about photo opportunity! Visit www.steamplantgrill.com

The Steamplant Grill is great too!

The two towers here are the Steamplant.

Spokane is rich in history, and a great place to live and raise a family! There is no place like Spokane Wa. !

BethAnn, The Davenport Hotel & the Fox Theater sound fabulous.  Even the Steam Plant sounded good the way you described it!

We have visited Spokane many times, but I have yet to venture into the Davenport. It's on my list for the next trip!
