Anyone that knows me knows I like to talk. On Saturday evenings (and some Fridays) there's nothing better than a glass of wine and some great friends to make me happy. So why the silence on this blog?

Well, for one I had no idea there was a whole world out here in cyber-blog-space. Thanks, John for inviting me! And I hope to get to know you all out here.

For now, I'm trying to learn (between hearing complaining squirrels out here amongst the pines) creative financing techniques for real estate. Does anyone have any books they would suggest? I recently picked up "Finance Any Real Estate Anywhere" by James Misko and realized it was too advanced for me. I'm at about intermediate level and would like things explained s-l-o-w-l-y. Might have to go back to Misko later.

While you're here, read this post that I was forced to write to defend and prove myself against the real estate hater post here.

Hello, Purva

I just posted a comment to your other blog...

Keep up the great work! Maybe we can work a transaction together sometime.

Let me know if you have anyone interested in the Boise area.

Ouch, those comments on your other blog are very hard hitting but you seemed to handle yourself well. You'll do fine here in the Rain. Welcome.
