Michelle - Thank you so much for sending this on to anyone who may have an interest. This home was built in the fall of last year and all of the furnishings were purchased then so everything is practically brand new. The sellers have only used the cabin o a weekend or two so it hasn't even been used much. They are just too busy to spend a lot of time in the cabin but they said it was a very tough decision to make about selling it. The sellers did not skimp on this home in any way. I will pay a 30% referral fee to licensed agents who send a buyer who successfully closes with me. Thankyou!

What a great 3 bedroom 3 bath cabin in Mineral Bluff, Georgia! I live in Daytona Beach, FL which can't be too far from Mineral Bluff! I want to go on a mountain retreat!
