I often get asked what are the best interest rates or the lowest interest rates available.  Here is your answer to that question.

The lowest rates I currently have available are:

5 year Fixed rate of 3.72%

5 year Variable/Adjustable rate of Prime -.35%

(which is currently 1.90%)  This is amazing
