I had forgotten about this technique until I got an email reminder from TopProducer about generating leads using the free advertising power of CraigsList. Its amazing how you can let the little things slip by but I figured I'd take another go at it, this time by utilizing the power of screen shots. I typically save pictures of the graphs from my Market Snapshots and save them as .png files to later post on my ActiveRain blog. This time I took the .png pics as well as a Screen Shot of the entire Market Snapshot and added these pictures to my CraigsList posting advertising a Free Market Snapshot of an interested parties' area. Here's what the Snapshot looks like:
I inserted this into the "picture" parameter along with two market area graphs along with Market Snapshot and Community Info hyperlinks into the main body of the ad. I found this to be a much better improvement to my old method of advertising on CraigsList. Here's a Screen Shot of the ad:
