Everyone is interested in the distressed market not because you are happy about it but because it is what everybody seems to be talking about these days.

I have stats for Short Sales for Eagle Point, Short Sales for Medford, Short Sales Rogue River, Short Sales Central Point, Short Sales Ashland, Short Sales on every city in Jackson County.  I will list a few but if you are interested in one I did not mention please call me 54184065732.

I also have stats for all the REO Foreclosures in Eagle Point, REO Foreclosures in Medford OR, REO Foreclosures in Ashland Oregon, REO Foreclosures in Central Point Oregon, REO Foreclosures in all of Southern Oregon/Jackson County.

Lets start with Ashland Oregon-All time frames will be from Nov1-Jan31- Ashland had 13 distressted sales-9 were REO Foreclosures and 4 were Short Sales.

Medford had 106 distressed sales-81 REO Foreclosures and 25 Short Sales Closed during that time span.

Central Point had 32 distressed sales-24 REO Foreclosures and 8 Short Sales Closed.
